All Roar Potential products are currently sent via Royal Mail. We offer Second- and First-Class delivery.


Royal Mail charges £2.90 for Second Class and £5.50 for First Class delivery.

At present, we only normally deliver to UK mainland. Should you require special delivery, for example, a guaranteed delivery time, or delivery to an address outside the UK mainland please contact us at before placing your order.

We will endeavour to meet your needs, however, please be aware that this will incur additional costs.

Roar Potential cannot be held responsible if the product(s) has been misrouted, misplaced or delayed by Royal Mail. We will ask for certificates of proof of postage from Royal Mail and are happy to share these with you. But in the unlikely event that you have delivery problems, you will need contact Royal Mail customer services.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that we have the correct delivery details.

These include:

  • the name of the recipient,
  • house number and
  • full postcode.

We also require a contact email address, and if possible, mobile or landline phone.

This is so we can advise you when the product(s) has been dispatched or if there is an issue with your order.



We are so confident that you will enjoy Roar Potential product(s) that we offer a no quibble refund of the full cost of your product, or a replacement if you are unhappy with it for any reason.

However, this is apart from any issues that may have arisen with Royal Mail deliveries, which are outside our control and would need to be taken up directly with them.

Simply get in touch with us at and let us know why you are unhappy (we will send you a quick survey form to help). Will either refund your payment in full or send you a replacement product, including free postage, as you prefer.
